At Shyqaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges if:
- The product received is damaged
- The product is defective
- You received the wrong item
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share an unboxing video and clear product photos
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Color or design preference issues
- Used products
- Minor measurement variations
- Delays caused by courier services
Shipping Charges
- If the product is damaged or defective during transit, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
- For any other approved exchange requests, customers must bear the shipping charges.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days
- Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or via bank/UPI transfer
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
