At Shyqaa, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • You received the wrong item

To request a return or exchange:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share an unboxing video and clear product photos
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Color or design preference issues
  • Used products
  • Minor measurement variations
  • Delays caused by courier services

Shipping Charges

  • If the product is damaged or defective during transit, return shipping charges will be covered by us.
  • For any other approved exchange requests, customers must bear the shipping charges.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days
  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method or via bank/UPI transfer

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
